How do I get mine?

There are three easy ways to get your "license to educate" today:

  1. In person at the Fayetteville Revenue Office (located at 965 South Razorback Road)
  2. In person at the Office of Motor Vehicles in Little Rock (Charles D. Ragland Building)
  3. Download and print the Hog Tags request form and mail it to:

Note: Once you have your license plate, you can easily renew at any local tag agency, or through the mail.

How can I obtain Personalized plates?

There is only space for up to four characters on the University of Arkansas License Plate, and there is an additional $25 fee for personalization. You must also inquire if the letters of your choice are already in use. Personalized plates must be ordered through the Little Rock Department of Motor Vehicles in the Charles Ragland Building.

How do I renew my Hog Tag?

Once you have your tag you can renew at any Revenue Office. You can also renew online at the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration's www.arstar.com, or at the following Arkansas Wal-Mart Stores: Springdale, Russellville, West Little Rock, Forrest City, and McGehee.
